Financing is generally available for a three-, four-, or five-year lease term, but could be customized for a specific term should the need arise. We offer both fair market value leases as well as $1 buy-out leases; both of which come with their own unique accounting benefits. For our clients that need a term that is less than three years, we usually recommend a short-term rental.
